No. We don’t bill insurance. Every visit is flat-rate, no insurance — $75 out the door, tax included, no copays, no surprise fees.
Arizona & Utah. You need to be physically located in either state at the time of your visit.
After we review & approve your intake form, you can book from the provider’s open schedule. If same-day slots are open, you can grab one. If not, you’ll see the next available time.
It’s not an extra fee. The $75 is the full cost of your Online Urgent Care visit, paid up front to lock your appointment slot. Nothing extra is charged after.
We only treat the conditions listed above. If your condition isn’t on the list, you won’t be approved. If it is on the list but the provider declines for other reasons, we’ll text you to let you know.
Text 480-401-2312 (no calls or voicemail) at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Because you choose your own appointment time, booking a visit less than 24 hours out forfeits the ability to cancel for a refund.
Absolutely. You can text your provider during business hours with any questions about the medication we prescribed or the treatment plan we created for you — it’s all included in the price. Please note, this is focused post-visit support; we’re here to help with the care we provided, not outside meds, unrelated conditions, or ongoing general consultations.
We do not prescribe controlled pain medication under any circumstances across any of our services. Other controlled medications may be prescribed when clinically appropriate, at the provider’s discretion.
Please note: if you’re interested in discussing treatment options that may involve medications for ADHD, sleep, anxiety, or similar conditions, we recommend reviewing what’s treated under Mental Health Essentials & Mental Health Advanced above, then completing the intake form that best fits your situation. This gets you in front of the right provider faster, with the right questions asked up front.
Yes. All of our providers are licensed medical providers in the states they treat patients in.
Not for the conditions we treat online. If your provider determines you need in-person care — imaging, labs, a physical exam — they’ll tell you during the visit & point you to the right place.
Yes. Parents can book for children ages 5 & up. The parent completes the intake form on the child’s behalf for anyone under 18, and the parent is responsible for ensuring the child attends the appointment, facilitating their access to the telehealth visit, and being present during the consultation.
Your telehealth consultation needs to take place in a private setting with sufficient cellular or Wi-Fi service to support an uninterrupted video call. Other people cannot be present during your visit — privacy & HIPAA compliance require that the visit be one-on-one between you & your provider (exception: parents present with their minor child). You also cannot be driving or riding in a moving vehicle during the consultation, even as a passenger.
Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. Our providers are not equipped to handle psychiatric emergencies.
